  • These are non-refundable amounts as per the current components attached. In the case of component change/modifications, the policy will change accordingly.
  • Please check the exact cancellation and date change policy on the review page before proceeding further.
  • Please note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation / modification. You can claim the TCS amount as adjustment against Income Tax payable at the time of filing the return of income.
  • Cancellation charges shown is exclusive of all taxes and taxes will be added as per applicable.

Payment Policy

1. Booking Confirmation
A non-refundable advance payment of 25%–50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid 15–30 days before the departure date.
For last-minute bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or other accepted digital payment methods.
4. Late or Non-Payment
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and the advance payment may be forfeited.

Visa & Documentation

All travelers must ensure that their passport is valid for the required duration and that they obtain all necessary visas, permits, and supporting documents before travel. The travel company acts only as a facilitator and cannot guarantee visa approval. Any refusal of a visa, delay in processing, or issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Refunds or rescheduling due to visa or documentation issues will be subject to the applicable cancellation and booking policies.
