25% advance to confirm booking. 75% balance 30 days before travel. Cards / UPI / bank transfer accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30+ days before travel: 90% refund. 15–29 days: 50%. 7–14 days: 25%. <7 days: no refund.
Visa & Documentation
All travellers must carry one Govt photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Driving Licence / Voter ID). Hotels at Sissu/Atal Tunnel may require ID at check-in.
Child Policy
Under 2 years: free (no bed). 2–5 years: 50% of adult rate (no bed). 6–11 years: 75% of adult rate (with bed). 12+: full adult rate.
